IMPORTANT: Be sure to complete the ‘Veterans Affairs Canada’ section, if you would like Aqualitas to seek approval from Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) for medical cannabis reimbursement coverage on your behalf. Once your registration has been approved an application will be submitted to Blue Cross on your behalf. This process typically takes between 2-3 weeks.

#2: Connect With your Healthcare professional or one of our partner clinics to obtain your Medical Document
Have your physician or healthcare practitioner complete a medical document and have their office fax it directly to our secure fax line at 1-855-750-1884.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are switching LPs to join the Veterans program, we advise you to place your last order with your existing LP before you move your medical document to Aqualitas. This will ensure you avoid any gaps in accessing your medication during the approval process. We also offer a bridge program that allows you to place an order through our Client Care Team for a max of 90g, to help bridge any gaps during the approval period.
#3: Receive Your Client ID and Login
Once we have received your medical document, registration form, and your information has been verified we will send the application to Blue Cross for your veterans coverage. It can take up to 3 weeks to receive approval. When your coverage is approved you will be notified by email. The confirmation email will include your Client ID number and log in details.
#4: Go Shopping! (Online)
With your Client ID and log in details, you can order medical cannabis online or by calling our Client Care team.
