That’s why Aqualitas worked with Veterans for Healing to develop a program that offers you priority access to premium organic cannabis, personalized communication, and support that follows you through the entire process. From registration, to selecting the right product for your needs, the Veterans Care Program and the AQ Together team are here to guide you every step of the way.
Your medicine, your say
To meet your unique needs, the AQ Together: Veterans Care Program brings you an exclusive line of carefully selected cannabis products in the formats and potencies Veterans have been asking for, brought to you by the award winning Aqualitas team.
Find the classic cultivars you love in new larger formats, to get you more of what you need with less packaging, delivered right to your door. This program was built for Veterans by Veterans, so you’ll be invited to participate in surveys and open forums to provide feedback and get the opportunity request new cultivars and product formats.
If you are already a registered Veteran patient, you have immediate access to the AQ Together Program and the Veteran Shop. Simply log in as usual.
We’ve got you covered
The AQ Together team is made up of dedicated, patient-centred experts who are highly trained and have experience working within the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) process. We take care of all the paperwork required by VAC and arrange direct billing so that you can get your medicine as soon as possible.
We’ll even offer Bridge coverage while you wait for a response from VAC, and once your coverage is in place, we will directly bill Medavie Blue Cross on your behalf.
And just to be sure you’re fully covered, any cost difference for the duration of your registration will also be covered so you’re never paying out of pocket for your medicine.
Always there when you need it
We understand that out-of-stock products can lead to an interruption in your medical cannabis protocol causing undue stress. That’s why our commitment to providing you with consistent access to the medicine you need is built into the fabric of the Veterans Care program.
The production team at Aqualitas is continuously monitoring the inventory of our core Veteran products.
Should a high volume of interest create extreme demand, registrations will be temporarily frozen and new applicants will be added to a wait-list. This will give us the time required to ramp up supply and ensure each patient has equal access to the medicine they need, when they need it.
